I send all my customers to Nicolas. Michael Nicola is the only chef in the region who understands Italian Cuisine. The fried calamari and wood fired salmon are to die for.

I have been coming to Lake Placid for nine years and I discovered Nicolas the first year. I usually stay three nights and I always eat all my dinners at Nicolas. Michael treats me like family, and Maggie has learned how to cook just like her dad.
